William Sheldon obtained a Certification in Business Management from the University of Bridgeport in 2004. William then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Colorado State University Pueblo. William also earned an Associate of Arts - AA in Visual Communications/Advertising Design from The Art Institutes. In 2016, they obtained certifications in Job Competency from CareerClover, such as Cooperative Teamwork, Customer Focus, Decision-Making, Initiative, Managing Others, and Planning and Organizing. William also obtained a certification in Administering a SQL Database Infrastructure from Oracle.
