Rosemary Vargas

Rosemary Vargas has extensive work experience in the field of People Operations and Human Resources. Rosemary is currently serving as the Global Director, People at Choco since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Ro as a Senior Manager and then as a Manager in People Operations from November 2018 to August 2022. Before that, they held a position at Flatiron Health in People Operations from August 2017 to October 2018. Rosemary also gained experience as a People & Culture Generalist and in recruiting at Newsela from March 2016 to August 2017. Rosemary started their career at Mordente Law Firm as a Senior HR Associate from September 2013 to February 2016 and worked at EY in asset management assurance from June 2009 to August 2013.

Rosemary Vargas has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Queens College.
