Vijay Sengar

Vijay Sengar has over 16 years of experience in customer service and management information systems. Currently serving as a Customer Service Senior Specialist at Agilent Technologies since August 2016, Vijay is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and service delivery. In addition, Vijay has been with Vdopia Inc. since October 2012 as a Senior Executive in MIS, focusing on role and career management reports and preparing various sales reports. Prior experience includes a position as a WFM Specialist at Aegis BPO from June 2007 to October 2012, where real-time performance management and capacity planning for 18 processes were key responsibilities. Vijay holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from PGDAV College, Delhi University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
