Laura Liagre has extensive experience in the food production industry, currently serving as Responsable d’exploitation at Chocmod - Truffettes de France since February 2017. Demonstrating expertise in operational management, Laura has developed standards and procedures across the factory while creating technical training materials for new line operators. Prior to this role, Laura gained practical experience as a production intern at Cargill, where responsibilities included independently creating and updating operational documents. Laura holds an engineering degree in Biological and Food Engineering from Polytech Lille, along with a Licence QEPI in Biology and a DUT in Chemical Engineering and Process Chemistry from IUTs in Lille and Aisne, respectively.
