Jeffrey Rodriguez

Jeffrey Rodriguez has a robust background in program management and operations within defense and international development sectors. Currently serving as President and Operations Manager at Choctaw Defense Services since April 2018, Rodriguez previously worked as a Consultant for Downrange Operations & Training, LLC, where responsibilities included reviewing government proposals and supporting business development. During a lengthy tenure at DynCorp International, from 2005 to 2016, Rodriguez held multiple leadership positions, including Senior Director of Africa Programs, overseeing a $3B portfolio and managing a large international staff for various critical operations. Prior roles include Implementation Manager at PFSweb, Project Manager at the Department for International Development, and Chief of Staff/Project Manager for Coalition Provisional Authority South. Rodriguez began a career in service with the US Army and holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Tufts University.
