Mike McCray has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. mike began their career at Nortel in 1994 as a Project Manager and Senior Engineer-Advanced Deployment Group. In 2008, they joined Highwire Networks as the Director of Sales and Support for Nortel/Avaya, where they were in charge of all Nortel/Avaya sales functions and supported sales, support, and operations for AT-T, Dell, Paetec, Netversant, as well as internal employees and various partners. In 2010, they were appointed President of Choice Communications.

Mike McCray attended Overland High School from 1991 to 1994. In 2007, they obtained a certification in Nortel-Leadership Academy from Nortel.
