Jody Holbeck

Jody Holbeck is an accomplished professional in the field of compensation and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Compensation at Choice Hotels International since August 2022. With extensive experience at Radisson Hotel Group Americas as Senior Director of Total Rewards and Human Capital Management, along with roles as Compensation Consultant at SUPERVALU, and Compensation Manager at Merrill Corporation, Jody has played a key role in designing and implementing compensation programs that promote a performance-driven culture. Earlier career highlights include consulting for Holbeck HR Consulting, leading recruitment strategies at Carlson Companies, and managing various human resources functions at Carlson Marketing Group. Jody holds both a Master’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a BA in Business, Human Resources, and French from the University of Minnesota and the University of Minnesota Duluth, respectively.
