Nandika Suri

Nandika Suri is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in loyalty programs, marketing, and partnerships. Currently serving as VP of Loyalty, Co-Brand Cards and Partnerships at Choice Hotels International since November 2024, Nandika previously held roles at Under Armour as VP of Global CRM, Loyalty and Personalization, and Global Head of Loyalty. Nandika’s experience at United Airlines from 2011 to 2020 included key positions such as Director of Planning and Integration for MileagePlus and Director of MileagePlus Elite Programs, where comprehensive strategies for member benefits were developed. Earlier in the career at Dabur India Limited, Nandika was Senior Product Manager, achieving significant brand growth for Vatika Shampoo. Nandika holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and an MBA in Marketing from the FORE School of Management in New Delhi.
