Viral Patel has cultivated a diverse career spanning various roles in management, operations, and research. Currently serving as Owner and General Manager at Choice Hotels International since December 2018, Viral previously held the position of Business and Operations Manager at Dunkin' Brands from November 2016 to May 2019. Earlier roles include Executive Team Lead at Target, Course and Program Development Intern & Peer Advisor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and research assistant positions within both the Brain and Cognitive Development Lab and Espelage Research Lab. Initial professional experiences include internships and management roles at Carle Foundation Hospital, Hollister Co., and Dunkin' Donuts. Viral holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a Business Minor in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
