Yin Young (Neil)

Yin 'Neil' Young is a seasoned QA Analyst with extensive experience in software testing, currently employed at Choice Logistics since June 2022. Previously, Yin held the same title at Tata Consultancy Services from September 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities included leading hybrid testing teams, enhancing collaboration among stakeholders, and conducting various types of application testing. Prior to that, at EY, Yin excelled as a QA Supervising Associate for over a decade, earning two promotions while testing transformational applications and mentoring offshore teams. Educational qualifications include diplomas in Computer Programming from Chubb Institute, CPA education requirements from Raritan Valley Community College, an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
