Justin Schoenmoser

Justin Schoenmoser serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Genentech since March 2022. Prior to this, Justin was the Global Workforce Strategy Leader at Roche, where responsibilities included designing and executing talent strategies across multiple functions and regions. Justin's extensive background at Genentech includes roles such as Senior Director and Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Product Development, where oversight extended to a team managing over 5,000 employees globally. Prior experience includes leadership positions in human resources and talent acquisition at CardioDx, Abbott Vascular, and Guidant. Justin holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University.
