Adam Sproat

Adam Sproat currently serves as Legal Counsel at Choice Properties, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Adam was Of Counsel at Caravel Law LLP from July 2024 to October 2024 and held various titles at Loblaw Companies Limited, including Director of Legal Counsel and Director of Competition Law Compliance from June 2021 to April 2024. Adam's experience extends to Weston Foods as Director of Legal and Compliance and Sr. Manager of Legal from September 2017 to June 2021, and to Borden Ladner Gervais LLP as an Associate from April 2016 to September 2017. Earlier roles include Legal Counsel at Loblaw Companies Limited (secondment), Judicial Law Clerk at the Federal Court of Canada, and positions as a Student at Law at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP and Toronto Community Housing. Adam began the career as a Constituency Assistant with the Toronto District School Board.
