Ariel Feldman

Ariel Feldman is an accomplished professional in sustainability and capital projects, currently serving as AVP of Capital Projects and Sustainability Execution at Choice Properties since September 2017. Feldman established Choice's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program, leading to its recognition as a top program among North American real estate investment trusts (REITs) and was instrumental in setting some of the first net zero targets in Canada as validated by the Science Based Targets initiative. Prior experience includes several roles at WSP from 2010 to 2017, focusing on green building consulting and sustainability initiatives. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from both Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and Schulich School of Business - York University, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
