Rachel Sterchele

Rachel Sterchele is an experienced professional in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as an Employee Relations Specialist at Choice Schools Associates since May 2022. Previously, Rachel held roles as a Human Resources Compliance Specialist and a Talent Assessment Specialist at Adecco, where responsibilities included candidate prescreening, coaching new employees, and producing management reports. Rachel also worked as a Patient Care Associate at Borgess Health, managing patient care under pressure, and as a Strategy and Consumer Insights Director for the NSAC AAF Case Competition, leading a successful national campaign.
