Gaurav Gohad

Gaurav Gohad has extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Procurement Buyer for Perishables & Pork at Choithrams since August 2022, focusing on fresh meat, fish, and poultry. Prior to this role, Gaurav worked as a Category Manager for Egg, Meat, and Fish at bigbasket.com from December 2020 to August 2022, enhancing expertise in buying and merchandising. Gaurav held several managerial positions, including Operations Manager at SGS Hospitality from October 2015 to December 2020 and Department Manager at Future Group India from April 2013 to October 2015. Gaurav also has culinary experience as a Chef in various prestigious establishments, such as JW Marriott Grosvenor House and St Martins Lane. Gaurav earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2003 and 2007.
