Umar Paruk

Umar Paruk is a seasoned research scientist currently working at Cholayil Private Limited since January 2017, specializing in the analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished product samples using both industry-standard and in-house developed methods. Prior to this role, Umar served as a chemist at Mega-Lab Manufacturing Co. Ltd. from July 2013 to October 2016, where routine chemical and instrumental analysis, along with analytical method development and validation, were primary responsibilities. Umar began professional experience as a Project Assistant III at the Central Electrochemical Research Institute from May 2011 to June 2013, contributing to projects under the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), Government of India. Umar holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from Jamal Mohamed College (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Alagappa University (2006-2009), as well as certification as an Internal Auditor from DNV GL Training.
