Sean Bulger

Sean Bulger has over 13 years of work experience. In 2018, they began working as a Senior Customer Care Associate at Muse® by Interaxon Inc. In 2019, they joined Paytm Labs as a Business Development Manager and Merchant Support Specialist. Prior to that, they worked at Esri Canada from 2007 to 2019 in various roles, including Senior Customer Care Associate and Solutions Developer, Senior Customer Care Associate - West District Lead, and Customer Service - BC and AB. As a Senior Customer Care Associate and Solutions Developer, they were accountable for, and directly involved with the sales team and customer to resolve any critical or time sensitive requirements, high value sales, product implementation, and maintenance management. Sean was also involved with the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Salesforce and case management. Sean was accountable for the development, writing, testing, and publishing solutions to fulfill on the needs of customers and their team, developing workflows, reports, and training new and seasoned team members.

Sean Bulger is currently enrolled at OCAD University.
