Tristan Mcbain

Dr. Tristan McBain is a Couples and Sex Therapist, serving clients all throughout the state of Michigan. As a small-business entrepreneur, Dr. McBain opened McBain Counseling & Relationship Services, PLLC, an online private practice specializing in relationship and sex therapy, in 2022. Dr. McBain is also a published researcher in the area of infertility grief. She has given presentations, speeches, consultations and written numerous papers about her work on infertility, and the traumatic effect it has on those affected.

In her private practice, Dr. McBain works with adult individuals and couples to enhance intimacy and communication, reduce sexual concerns, and build confidence. In addition to helping couples develop stronger intimate connections, Dr. McBain specializes in working with couples afflicted by infertility, those dealing with an affair or betrayal, and relationships navigating polyamory and ethical non-monogamy.
