Tony Ardilla Yughi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tony Ardilla began their career as a Front Desk Agent at Hotel Santika Purwokerto in January 2014. Tony Ardilla then worked as a Buffet Waiter at Hotel Phoenix Yogyakarta from April 2014 to May 2014. Tony Ardilla was also involved in introducing an open-source initiative to offer free subscription programs to non-Chope restaurants in Bali with limited budgets.

Tony Ardilla Yughi completed their Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman from 2006 to 2012. In 2014, they obtained a Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from Hospitality Industry College Purwokerto. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications including Chope Sales Global Training from Chope in October 2018, Handal Digital by Google in March 2018, and a Table Manner Course from Melia Purosani Hotel Yogyakarta in June 2014.
