Rachel Coelho

Rachel Coelho is a seasoned professional in the food and hospitality industry with extensive experience in management roles. Since October 2019, Rachel has served as a People Capability Coach and General Manager at Chopstix Group. Prior to this, Rachel held the position of General Manager at Ed's Easy Diner from October 2016 to October 2019, and at Five Guys Enterprises from November 2014 to October 2016. Rachel began their career at McDonald's, working from November 2007 to November 2014, where roles included Shift Manager and Assistant Manager. Rachel's educational background includes studying at Swanwick Hall School from 2002 to 2007 and at Swanwick Hall Sixthform from 2007 to 2009.
