Lara J. Kroll

Lara Kroll serves as Vice President of Accounting for Chord Energy. Ms. Kroll has more than 21 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She most recently served as Vice President, Accounting, and Controller for Oasis Petroleum, beginning in 2017. Prior to her role as Vice President, she served as Manager of Financial Reporting and Internal Controls from 2010 to 2011, Assistant Controller from 2011 to 2015, and Controller from 2015 to 2017.

Prior to joining Oasis, Ms. Kroll held positions of increasing responsibility with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their Houston audit practice, working with numerous clients in the energy sector handling SEC filings, financial reporting, internal controls, and Board reporting.

Ms. Kroll holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University.
