Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Spark Dental Management since October 2019, Allisha leads school outreach initiatives and manages candidate tracking processes. Previously, Allisha held roles such as Senior Healthcare Recruiter at Interim HealthCare Inc., where responsibilities included recruiting nursing staff and developing hiring strategies, and Recruiter/Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services, where Allisha oversaw the entire recruiting cycle for diverse industries.
