Mikołaj Michta

Mikołaj Michta began their work experience in 2016 at Adam Mickiewicz University, where they served as a researcher and tutor. In 2018, they joined IBM as a Junior UX researcher and developer and Young Graduate Trainee. In 2019, they moved to Devhouse Spindle as a Front-end developer and UX researcher. Most recently, they began working at Chordify in 2021 as a User Researcher.

Mikołaj Michta obtained their Master of Arts degree in Cognitive Science from the Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu between 2011 and 2016. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including UX Research: Journey Mapping from LinkedIn in June 2021, Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in October and September 2018 respectively, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in September 2018, and Data Science Foundations - Level 1 and Level 2 (V2) from IBM.
