Cara Gibson-Gallop, MBA, has a strong background in business coaching, marketing, and operations. Cara has held various roles such as VP of Global Growth Operations at Choreograph, Adjunct Professor at Centenary University, and Founder of AUTONOMI LLC. Additionally, they have experience in business growth coaching, business development, and project management from companies like Gibson Business Performance, LLC, The Social Element, and ICC Lowe. Currently, they are actively engaged in consulting and business operations at The Convergence Collective LLC.

Cara Gibson-Gallop, MBA completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Written Communications/Journalism from Centenary University in 2010. Cara then pursued their Masters of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Studies & Global Business from the same university in 2012. Following this, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy in Business Innovation & Strategy from Capella University in 2019. Cara is currently working towards a certification in Small Business Coaching Training, expected to be completed in 2024.
