Ira B.

Ira B. has a diverse work experience starting as a Community Liaison and Director of Marketing at Home Health Management in 2011. Subsequently, they transitioned into roles at US Airways (now American Airlines), serving as a Flight Attendant, Systems Trainer, and Adjunct Flight Service Instructor/Evaluator Flight Service Training. Following this, they held positions at Sage People, A2Dominion Group, Optimum Technology Transfer, SystemsEdge Limited, and Smartsheet in various training and consultancy roles. Currently, Ira is working at choreograph as the Director of Product Training and Choreograph DEI Charter Lead, where they oversee product training and diversity initiatives.

Ira B. holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Management from Winthrop University (2000-2005) and a Master of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Global Management from the University of Phoenix (2009-2011). Additionally, Ira has obtained various certifications in Change Management, UX Design, and Smartsheet.
