Lon Pilot

Lon Pilot has a diverse work history in technology and engineering leadership roles. Lon served as the SVP of Engineering at Choreograph, Managing Director at GroupM Technology GmbH, and Vice President of Engineering at GroupM. Lon has also held positions at Videoplaza, AOL Advertising, HR-XML Consortium, and their own company, Lon Pilot Consulting, LLC. Throughout their career, they have been involved in leading technical teams, developing software solutions, and contributing to the strategic direction of organizations.

Lon Pilot (he/him) attended Mount Pleasant High School from 1982 to 1986. Lon then went on to the University of Delaware from 1990 to 1996, where they earned a BS degree in Computer Science and Chemistry. In 2023, Lon obtained a certification in the Group M High Potentials Kaleidoscope Programme from INSEAD Executive Education.
