Mark Rakowski

Mark Rakowski is an accomplished healthcare executive with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as President at Chorus Community Health Plans since August 2012, Mark has also held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Vice President within the same organization. In addition to this, Mark is the Senior Vice President at Children's Wisconsin, a position held since October 2022. Prior experience includes Executive Director at Children's Community Health Plan, Director of Managed Care at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, and various managerial positions at Aurora Health Care and Blue Cross & Blue Shield United of Wisconsin. Mark holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Chorus Community Health Plans, formerly Children’s Community Health Plan, is a health insurance organization offering both BadgerCare Plus and Individual and Family Plans and services designed to meet the needs of adults, children and families.
