Hass Imda

Hass Imda has extensive work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Hass started their career at Mahindra British Telecom in 2004, where they worked as a Software Engineer, responsible for developing broadband service provisioning systems. Hass later moved on to become an OSS Component Designer, where they led the design of fulfillment systems for various broadband products. Hass also worked as an E2E OSS Solution Designer, leading the design and delivery of regulated products for BT Wholesale.

In 2008, Hass joined Telecom New Zealand as a Solution Architect. Hass initially worked in the Fulfillment and Assurance domains, focusing on alarming and monitoring, service troubleshooting, service quality management, and broadband provisioning. Hass later transitioned into the Assure Resource Capability Design team, where they established the Assure domain vision, roadmap, and management plan. Hass also played a key role in simplifying the architecture through system rationalization, technology selection, and alignment of projects with the technology roadmap and architectural strategy.

After leaving Telecom New Zealand in 2013, Hass worked as an IT Architecture Consultant at Totem IT, where they provided consulting services in IT architecture. Hass then joined Chorus NZ Limited as a Solution Architect, where they led the solution design and architecture for service-to-market program initiatives, collaborated with multiple stakeholders, and aligned initiatives with technology roadmaps and investment strategies.

Since 2017, Hass has been working at Strydio as the Director of Business Solutions, overseeing the development and implementation of business solutions. Currently, they are also serving as the Director of Consulting & Resourcing at TechGrid.NZ. Overall, Hass Imda has demonstrated their expertise in solution architecture, technology leadership, and the design and delivery of complex systems throughout their career.

Hass Imda completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, graduating in 2003.
