Sara Nilsson

Sara Nilsson currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Chosen and the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at the Center for Prevention Services. Previously, Sara held various leadership roles at Sevita, including State Director of North and South Carolina and State Director of NC Operations. At THOMPSON Child & Family Focus, Sara advanced through multiple positions, ultimately serving as Vice President of Community Mental Health. Additional experience includes outpatient therapy, internships in social work, and participation in a graduate research project at UNC Charlotte. Sara's educational background comprises an MBA from Clemson University and master's and bachelor's degrees in social work and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, respectively.
