Anthony Caravella has extensive experience in IT support and customer service, currently serving as IT Support Manager at ChowNow since October 2019, after progressing from Lead IT Support Engineer. Prior to this, Anthony worked at Apple for over a decade, where responsibilities included providing prompt solutions for MacOS and iOS issues as a Genius and assisting engineers as a Failure Analysis Technician Intern. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Associate at Toys"R" Us from April 2003 to July 2009. Anthony is also pursuing education at Metropolitan Community College-Blue River since 2005.
