Rahul B.

Rahul B. has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Rahul is currently serving as the VP of Finance at ChowNow, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Sr. Director and Global Controller at Pendo.io from March 2021 to April 2022. From September 2015 to March 2021, Rahul held the position of VP Finance and Corporate Controller at Tillster, Inc. During their tenure, they were responsible for various financial activities, including SOX compliance, IPO readiness, financing rounds, cross-border tax planning, and M&A. Before that, Rahul served as the VP of Finance at AIDS Healthcare Foundation from June 2012 to September 2015, overseeing the finance organization and reporting across 36 countries. Rahul also led the implementation of SAP R3 across 36 countries and played a key role in a $650 million revenue acquisition. Rahul's earlier experience includes roles such as Director of Finance at PLAYSPAN from December 2004 to June 2012, and Vice President of Finance & MIS at Senior Systems Technology from September 2000 to November 2004. In these positions, they had global responsibilities, led acquisitions, and collaborated on projects in the national security sector. Rahul started their career as a Financial and Business Systems Manager at Qualcomm from May 1999 to August 2000 and worked as a Manager at PWC from May 1997 to March 1999. Rahul began their professional journey as a Senior Economic & Financial Consultant at Arthur Andersen from June 1990 to April 1997.

Rahul B. has completed a Bachelor's degree in Business (Commerce) from SRCC, Delhi University. Rahul has also pursued a course in Chartered Accountancy, specializing in Finance and Accounting.
