Kalpisha K. has work experience in the field of marketing. Kalpisha started their career in 2018 as a Deputy Manager Marketing at Exide Life Insurance, where they worked until December 2019. In December 2019, they joined Chqbook as a Manager - Marketing and later got promoted to the position of Senior Manager - Marketing in October 2021.

Kalpisha K. completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal, from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications including the Google Ads Display, Google Ads Search, Google Ads Video, and Shopping Ads certifications from Google, all in October 2019. Kalpisha also completed Adobe Analytics Training offered by Adobe in July 2019.
