Surendra Mahawar

Surendra Mahawar has an extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Surendra started their career as an Accountant at Kansal Kapoor & Co. in 2012, where they maintained financial records, coordinated with vendors, and reconciled accounts. Surendra then joined Accuserve Corporate Advisors Private Limited as an Account Executive, where they prepared MIS reports and reviewed credit note calculations. Later, they worked at TO THE NEW as a Finance Executive, handling AP and vendor management tasks, and as a Senior Executive in Finance & Accounts, reviewing agreements and verifying documentation. Before joining Dainik Facility Services as a Senior Accountant, Surendra worked at Bouquet Accounting, where they prepared MIS reports and reviewed reimbursement claims. Currently, they are the Finance Team Lead at Chqbook.

Surendra Mahawar completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the School Of Open Learning from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued their Intermediate (12th) education in Commerce at Rajkiya Sarvodaya Bal Vidhyalaya, Patparganj, Delhi (CBSE) from 2004 to 2006. In 2003 to 2004, they attended Choudhary Brahm Singh Higher Secondary School, Naya Gaon Daula, Bulandshar (UP) and completed their High School (10th) education with a focus on Science. In terms of additional certifications, Surendra Mahawar obtained certifications in Excel Fundamentals – Formulas for Finance, Accounting Fundamentals, and Reading Financial Statements from Corporate Finance Institute in January and February 2023.
