Alice Louise Wedell - Neergaard

Alice Louise Wedell-Neergaard is currently the CHRO at the Chr. Olesen Group, where Alice Louise is in charge of the people agenda and organizational development on a global scale. Prior to this, Alice Louise worked as a Netværksleder at Vallø Stift, focusing on developing the Vallø Foundation Networks. Alice also founded HeartPerformance, specializing in change management projects and coaching top managers. Previously, Alice Louise held various roles at Tryg, including VP Corporate and commercial business area. Alice has a strong educational background, with degrees from Henley Business School, Probana Business School, Coaching Institute, University of Copenhagen, and Living Institute.
