Brett Andrews has extensive experience in sports management and facility operations, currently serving as the Group Head of Sport and Wellness and General Manager Health Fitness and Sport at CHRG since July 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the strategic and operational management of Castle Hill Fitness and Aquatic Centre and supervising half of the organization's workforce. Previous roles include Regional Manager at Belgravia Leisure, Manager at Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope, and Operations Manager at David Lloyd Leisure, where Brett was involved in the day-to-day operations, team leadership, and strategic planning of large leisure facilities. Additional experience encompasses working as a statistician for Premier Media Group, facilitating sports facility development with Tennis New South Wales, and presenting a sports show with Prime Radio. Brett holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sport Administration from the University of Canberra.
