Larry W. Lutey, MA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience. Larry W. served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Christ Church, where they provided executive leadership in developing and implementing HR policies and practices. Prior to that, Larry worked as an Adjunct Professor at National Louis University for 10 years, teaching graduate level HR Management and Employee Development courses. Larry W. also served as the Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer at Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI, where they supervised and led all operational functions of a multi-state human service organization. Additionally, Larry worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois, managing all aspects of HR including employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and training & development.
