Kristen Rice

Kristen Rice, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Manager and previously as a Human Resources Generalist at Christ Fellowship Church since July 2017. Prior to this, Kristen held various leadership roles at Target from June 2010 to July 2017, where accomplishments included facilitating promotions and cultivating a positive team culture. Earlier experience includes working as a Staffing Specialist at Manpower, managing relations with major clients, and diverse roles within Marriott Hotels that highlighted sales and customer service expertise. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Southern Maine.
