James Thies

James Thies is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial analysis, accounting, and leadership roles. Since January 2015, James has been serving as a Senior Financial Analyst specializing in FP&A and Lean Six Sigma principles, demonstrating a commitment to driving company growth and profitability. Active in community service, James holds various positions at the Schaumburg VFW Post 2202, including Post Quartermaster and Post Commander, and serves as Financial Secretary for Christ the King Lutheran Church & Preschool. James's past experiences include senior financial roles at UL and Zurich North America, along with service as a First Lieutenant Engineer Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BA in Sociology and Political Science from Eastern Illinois University.
