Cathleen Hughes

Cathleen Hughes has extensive experience in both treatment and security roles, currently serving as Treatment Supervisor at Olalla Recovery Centers since July 2015, while also holding the position of Lead Inpatient Counselor CDP since March 2012. Cathleen is involved in children's ministry at Christ the Rock Community Church as a T & T AWANA Leader since September 2002. Prior security roles span over a decade at AlliedBarton Security Services and American Protective Services, starting from a Patrol Officer position and advancing to Site Supervisor. Cathleen's management experience includes a tenure as Assistant Manager and Manager at Skippers Seafood and Chowder House from July 1989 to November 1996. Academically, Cathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice-Human Services from Colorado Technical University, earned between 2007 and 2010, and a high school diploma from Patrick Henry High School.
