Victoria Wray is an experienced professional with a background in digital service design and government agency standards. Since 2009, Victoria has been contributing to the Department of Internal Affairs in various roles, including Manager Agency Standards and Integration, Digital Service Design Consultant, and Senior Advisor, focusing on enhancing the experience of government services for both users and public servants. Prior to this, Victoria worked as an Information Advisor at the State Services Commission from 2001 to 2008. Victoria holds a Master of Library and Information Studies in Information Management from Victoria University of Wellington and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Auckland.
