The Senior Analysts and Designers team at the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ) is responsible for high-level strategic planning, policy analysis, system design, and user experience enhancement. They work to develop and implement solutions that improve public services, ensuring that internal processes align with the department's mission to serve and connect people, communities, and the government.
