Louise Edwards

Louise Edwards is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Board Chair, Director, and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at the National Provident Fund, Louise also holds prominent positions as Chair and Director at Unity, and as an Independent Director at Mutual Funds Ltd and Superannuation Investments Ltd. Additionally, Louise is the Independent Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and an Independent Director at ChristchurchNZ, and a Board Trustee at CORE Education Trust. Previous leadership experience includes serving as Chief Executive at the Rātā Foundation and as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Banzpay and NZCU South. Louise Edwards holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy from the University of Canterbury, completed in 1986.
