Toby Selman

Toby Selman is an accomplished executive in real estate and investment, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate, External Investments & Partnerships at NZ Super Fund, where responsibilities include leading the global investment strategy across multiple regions for New Zealand's sovereign wealth fund. Toby holds the position of Chair of the Global Real Estate Advisory Committee at the Principles for Responsible Investment and is a non-executive director of ChristchurchNZ and RetireAustralia. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Delin Property, CEO of Africa Logistics Properties, and Managing Director at Beaumont Partners, among others. Toby's educational qualifications include a degree from Loughborough University, completion of the Company Director's Course at the Institute of Directors in New Zealand, and a recent program focused on Sustainable Investment and Finance at the Yale School of Management.
