Michelle Labadini

Michelle Labadini currently serves as the Assistant Director of Human Resources for the Town of Braintree since September 2025, while also working as a Notary Public for the National Notary Association since October 2021. Previous experience includes roles such as Human Resources Director, Human Resources Personnel Manager, and Interim County Director for Norfolk County MA from September 2018 to November 2025. Prior to these positions, Michelle held the role of Human Resources Manager at NWW Community Living and Program Site Manager at Triangle, Inc. Michelle has contributed to the community as a volunteer Disability Commission Chairperson for the Town of Dedham from March 2015 to May 2017. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Curry College, along with additional training in transition planning from the Federation for Children with Special Needs.
