Shawn Broussard

Shawn Broussard has had a diverse work experience. Shawn started their career as an Account Manager at Datavox in 2007 and then moved on to become an Area Manager at The Fun Pack in 2008. In 2011, they joined United Recovery Systems LP as a Quality Control Specialist II and worked there until 2015. Shawn then joined Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation as a Franchise Trainer/Performance Consultant and worked there until 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Franchisee Learning and Development at Christian Brothers Automotive.

Shawn Broussard obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from Texas State University between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, during the same time frame, they also earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Texas State University.
