Aline Guo-Haefele

Aline Guo-Haefele is an experienced professional in the beauty and marketing sectors, currently serving as the Travel Retail Area Director for China and Regional Marketing Director at Parfums Christian Dior since October 2022. At Dior, Aline is responsible for developing strategic business objectives, improving operational marketing, and providing insights into market performance. Prior to this, Aline held leadership positions at Alibaba Group, where responsibilities included directing the beauty category for TMALL/TMALL Global in France and MENA, managing global key accounts, and driving initiatives for brands entering the Chinese market. Additionally, Aline has extensive experience in project and product management across several organizations, including ORES Group and Groupe SEB, and has demonstrated skills in consumer insights, data management, and strategic planning. Aline holds a Master's degree in International Business and Marketing from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
