Cindy Lee

Cindy Lee is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the luxury beauty and fashion industries. Currently serving as the General Manager for Parfums Christian Dior, Cindy has led the brand to become the number one luxury beauty brand in Singapore since 2021, overseeing operations in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Prior to this role, Cindy was the Country Manager for Sephora Malaysia, where significant expansion was achieved from five to fourteen stores within a year. Cindy's earlier career includes positions at F J Benjamin, managing both fashion and luxury timepiece brands, and developing comprehensive marketing strategies for various high-profile brands. Cindy holds a Master of Arts in Communication from RMIT University.
