Jenny Peters

Jenny Peters has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Jenny currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Human Resources Manager at the same company from January 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions, Jenny worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Spectrum from January 2019 to January 2020. Jenny also served as an HR Advisor at Kerry from October 2016 to January 2019, where they led talent management and employee relations for a workforce of over 250 employees. Jenny worked closely with leaders to ensure timely and effective HR services and implemented HR policies and programs.

Earlier in their career, Jenny gained experience at Regal Beloit Corporation, where they held multiple HR roles. Jenny worked as an HR Manager from November 2015 to October 2016, managing HR functions for a unionized manufacturing site. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Specialist from January 2014 to December 2015, providing support to various functional groups. Jenny also held the position of Human Resources Coordinator from November 2007 to December 2013, handling recruiting, employee relations, safety, immigration support, and benefits administration.

Jenny's HR experience also includes working as a Human Resources Coordinator at Time Investment Company from March 2005 to January 2007 and as a Benefits Coordinator at Stueber Consulting, LLC from April 2003 to March 2004.

Jenny Peters attended Kewaskum High School from 1992 to 1996 and obtained a degree in General Studies. Later, from 1996 to 2000, they attended Concordia University-Wisconsin and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In September 2019, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
