Pamela Westbrooks

Pamela Westbrooks, CPA, currently serves as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Christian Leadership Alliance since January 2023, after holding the position of Director of Finance and Operations. In addition, Pamela is the Owner and President of Beyond Leadership Solutions, established in September 2021, focusing on fostering sustainable, healthy organizational cultures. Prior experience includes serving as CFO and Director of Administration at Upward Sports, Inc. from September 2002 to October 2021, overseeing strategic leadership in accounting, human resources, and information technology. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Upstate, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
