Yael Baudier's work experience began in 1997 as a Recruitment & Training Assistant at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche. Yael then moved on to work as a Recruitment Manager at Louis Vuitton Malletier before becoming an HR Manager for French stores within the company. Yael later took on the role of HR Manager for a part of the head office, overseeing various departments. Yael went on to work as the Director of Human Resources EMEA at Marc Jacobs and as a Corporate Human Resources Director at Christian Louboutin. In addition to these roles, they also worked as an Independent Individual Coach and HR Consultant, providing coaching and support in professional situations.

Yael Baudier completed their education at the Ecole de Psychologues Praticiens (EPP) in Paris from 1992 to 1998, earning a degree in Psychology & Human Resources. In 2013, they obtained a certification as a Coach from the same institution. Additionally, in 2013, Yael received training in skills assessment "Bilan de compétences : une démarche d'orientation" from INETOP - CNAM in Paris. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Formation à l'intervention systémique paradoxale (modèle Palo Alto) at Ecole du Paradoxe. In 2010, they became certified as a licensed analyst of the Predictive Index (skills assessment) from Predictive Index.
